Premium extra features - Bigger banner space(looks better), a lot of movement of functions to save space and put stuff in a more optimized area, Setup arcade banner exchange in place (you just need to register and copy and paste).
Probably the most important thing is Adsense optimized for 6X revenue per 1000 users.

The paid version is actually free right now as I'm trying to buy some time to make it better without the pressure of feeling like I'm getting nowhere doing this big project.
