I get a list with some digg like pages. I've checked few of them like http://www.upcoming.pl and http://business-planet.net and I could digg up there with 5 fake accounts. Is it worth the job. Will it help to generate traffics to my page?

I don't think that kind of activity will really help you. Besides that this is spam and it is unethical in any way, it doesn't work too because those sites don't really have traffic and it is a time waste to submit your story to all of them.

Instead of that try to create content that people will vote for anyway Wink

no one said that my pages are worth nothing but It's nearly impossible to get on top of digg or reddit. And rather PR of their frontpage is the thing that could give traffics in my opinion.

I haven't had much luck with social bookmarking as a traffic generator but I think you'll need a lot more then 5 accounts to get up in Digg. If you really think it's worth the time there are "rings" out there who digg each others work.
