Hi guys, I'm the Support Specialist for FormSpring, and I'd like to tell you a little about our form builder, which I think has the potential to make all of your lives a little easier.
FormSpring.com is an online form builder that takes the time and headache out of building complicated business forms. Sure, you could build your forms from scratch, but don't you have better, more profitable things to do with your time? Whether you need a basic contact form or an order form that integrates with multiple payment processors, you can have your form built and embedded on your website in a matter of minutes. You can check out our form builder sign up for a free account, or try the demo.
We have some great opportunities for Webmasters which include a private label service, as well as an affiliate program. With the private label, you can let your clients log into a form building interface with your own branding, rather than FormSpring.com.
Our affiliate program, on the other hand, gives you a 25% commission on anyone who signs up for a paid account using your unique referral URL.
Our free accounts offer basic forms, while we have paid options for those with more intricate needs. We currently integrate with PayPal, Google Checkout, LinkPoint and Authorize.Net, with more payment options for your forms coming down the road. All of your data can be stored in our secure database, accessible 24/7, searchable, and available for export to .CSV or .RTF files. You can even encrypt your data so that no one can see it without a password, including us.
Everyone who builds or runs websites needs forms, so check out FormSpring.com and let us take the hassle out of building them. You can view our demo here or sign up for a free account here. If you have any questions, post here or come to the site and send me an e-mail from our support page.

Interesting concept. I have one question, how do you deal spam in forms?

Well, we have a few ways of dealing with spam. First, if you are embedding your form on your website, you can use the javascript code instead of the HTML embed code. Most likely, no bots will detect your form if you use the javascript embed code.
Then we have the most effective form of spam control we offer, which is done behind the scenes on the server level with our own custom scripts. We have a lot of safeguards in place on our servers to prevent spam submission on your forms. We've been offering this service for a couple of years now, so we're very good at stopping spam at this point.
Finally, for those that would like to use them, you can add captchas to your forms.
Or were you asking about how we deal with spammers that want to use our forms? If that's what you meant, we will terminate some one's account if they violate the Can-Spam Act as that would violate our TOS as well. We do not allow spammers to use our forms. We do have to battle phishers occasionally, as they sometimes try to use our free forms to collect sensitive data from unsuspecting surfers. We have become very good about detecting phishing scam accounts before they do any damage, however. Their accounts are terminated without notice.

I was just asking because I know how hard is to deal with spam bots and low paid human spammers who post on every single form they find in the web
I guess I will use your service for the contact form of my blog. Thanks for answering my question so fast

Cool, contact forms are quick and easy with a free FormSpring account. The form builder will actually let you start off with a pre-built contact form that you can edit instead of building a contact form from scratch. You can them embed that form on your blog using either an HTML or Javascript embed tag. The Javascript tag is usually the best option. For those who don't have the ability to embed their forms, you can also link to the form on our website, as we will host it for you.

How do you mean? A form widget would be fairly limited in what it could do and not very customizable.

1. create a form 2. generate html, javascript code or just a google gadget
look its not to provide standard forms as gadgets. Since the google pages doesn't provide forms this would be an option.
I need to create a "remote" form for some google page these days, this way I will create some html for the gadget and use some Ajax function to send the form through a script on my own server. This form HTML could be dynamic of course, like with your formbuilder

Well, the form builder already generates HTML or javascript code that is similar to a Google Gadget or widget. You can insert this code on any website, Myspace page, Facebook, etc. just like any other widget. Also, we have an API that you can use to do whatever you want. Here's some free examples we have done with the API that people can use: http://support.formspring.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=31
