Where will the obones link be on the site?

As of right now we arent putting any ads on the users sites but at some point we will be(probably within 2 months). When we do put the 0bones link on, it will be at the very top of the page. It will span the entire width of the page and will be no more than 20px in height. Very similar to how Blogger and Blogspot does it, but less annoying.
