I am interested in trying this water for fuel system apparently the hydrogen converter makes the water into a gas state that can be used by the engine giving a lot better mileage has any one tried this and any ideas on if or how it works???

As far as I'm aware, you'd have to pump as much energy into breaking down the water into hydrogen and oxygen as you'd get out of it, so you wouldn't end up generating any new energy in the process.
