The topic has come up before, but that has been a while ago. Does anyone here use clickbank? I have made quite a few sales be using AdWords ads to send people to clickbank products. The only problem is that the ads cost nearly as much as the profit I made...
I am working on a clickbank product directory and was wondering if anyone here would be interested in an affiliate program to help me advertise the site when its all done. You would add your clickbank ID to any links to my site and when someone buys a product thru your link the clickbank commission is for you.

I have never used clickbank, but it is on my plans, as there are many cool products there that can be selled using my network's traffic.
Regarding your adwords campaign, I think that it would be cool to look for cheaper solutions than adwords, while you are trying to optimize adwords (find cheaper keywords, etc.)
I've used goClick with sucess to promote affiliate programs, but this engine is for general type of traffic. You may also check 7search which is extremely cheap and has some results.
I like your idea for the clickbank directory, but I think that your site needs some work as it looks a little old fashioned. Maybe you should also explain here how this thing will work

To sell clickbank products you have to send people to a special url: yourID.productID.clickbank.net This will register you as the seller and get you the commision. My site will accept your clickbank refferal ID when entering the site and use it in the clickbank link when people click on the product link. So instead of sending your visitors to a single product, you can send them to the directory with over 18,000 products.
The directory is ordered by clickbank gravity, which is determained by the number of sales and how recent the last sale was. This will list current top converting products at the top. Next thing I'm working on is to keep a history of the popularity of each product. This will be displayed in a graph to show if the popularity is rising or falling. To add some more content to the site I want to scrape the testimonials from the product sites, but since every site is different, this will be a difficult thing to do... I also want to add the possibility for visitors to comment on products.

I will be promoting the site as well, without an affiliate ID. Visitors comming in thru these links will be handled thru my clickbank ID. Also returning visitors will get my clickbank ID (like visits from bookmarks) I was also thinking about maybe using my own clickbank ID on a certain % of reffered traffic, not sure about this yet though
