I've create an easy html page and I wanted to attach it to my website. But no one link doesn't to that new page. The page's name is, christmas-ornaments.html I think maybe the problem is this symbol, - Hope to get your advaice, friends.

It should work anyway. Try to visit the page in your browser and then copy/paste the url to the link.

If you have created the web page, then you need to upload it to your web site hosting space and then add that page to the navigation (link to it) on your web site, so that site visitors can find the page.

Are you sure all pages or on the host? Are you using xampp? Dont use localhost in the link

i'm sure you must having problem with the path of your new page. you need to specify the absolute path of the page(Orn.html) in your website. other than that there shouldn't be any problem. Make sure the new page is in the same folder where all the files of your website are.

I think you are referring to a file that is in your computer. First you should do is get a domain and a web hosts and upload that file on your server. Once it's done, you can view it online

Make sure you aren't linking to internal pages. Seems obvious, but people make the mistake all the time.

There is no symbol problem. You may be forget to upload that page in FTP. Upload that page in FTP and try. It will work.
