The fastest way to make google index you fast is having a sitemap, and ping google whenever you add a new page on it.

The url to ping is http:// www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ping?sitemap=<site map url> where is the full url to your sitemap file.

if you submit your sitemap to the google webmaster tools, the googlebot will check your sitemap everyday

You can set in your google site map the frequency - every when will google will visit the site.

the bot's actually quite smart. It likes to keep coming back while you have fresh content, till it finds the 'rythm' of updates on your site. they also use this as a way to spot spammy doorway type sites that change with every visit, or can supply a page no matter what the request (e.g. 'wq876hbsu-oiuhdfughew-khfkjherwfg.htmlxhjhh') so called 'spider traps'.

yes, sitemap is the best way, you can also submit it to pingler dot com this pings it to many search engines and will get crawled quicker.

Well, the googlebot doesn't really come back as often as you tell it to do in you sitemap. I think it's more a recommendation to the bot, but you shouldn't take that point too serious.
But uploading an updated Sitemap is reall the best way to let google know about new pages on your website!

Hi

Submit your new pages in couple of bookmarking sites like digg, propeller, etc.. It's the best way to get indexed your new pages much faster.

Hi,

Submitting xml sitemap is also the best option to tell Google that your site has been updated.

I think along with sitemap, you can also use pinging services to tell your updates to search engines.

I think google automatically cache or it does know a lot about your updates but if you want to get easier, post your site to alot of social bookmarking sites, share to popular social networks such facebook, myspace etc., and of course forum postings too through sig., blog commenting using your priority keyword.
