The thing is that my current hosting provider started to disappoint me. I decided not to wait when my web sites will be online and my desire is to change my hosting provider to another one. I came across webintellects.com and it met my requirements at more cheaper price than I was paying. Is it stable company? What do you think about it?

In my opinion, going with the cheapest provider is not a wise decision...
I would go for a serious provider like planet or layered tech, because I want a company with each own datacenter and has enough bandwidth

if it meets your requirements, go for it. However, i agree to nikolas saying that the cheapiest one, is not always the best one

As for me I'd advise you to use reliable, let it be not very cheap but dependable dedi provider like for example, gazzin.com or lunarpages.com. I believe you get what you pay.

I strongly believe that you should broaden your search in order to find the most suitable company for you. Check ahosting.biz as it offers affordable dedicated servers. I've heard much good information related to them, people like their honesty, even in things like automatically refunding for downtimes that exceed their 99.9% uptime guarantee - something which many hosts not only require you to prove, but often even deny.

I assume that you understand the expensive service is not quality one. You are in luck when you have quality services at the affordable price

Here is a list of things I look for in a hosting company:
Great customer support -24 hours 7 days a week -friendly and willing to help
99.9% uptime -check Netcraft to see uptime for host
Competitive prices -The hosting company does not need to be the cheapest hosting company but they should have competitive prices
Hope this helps

Has anyone already suggested globaltap.com? This is the company one of the most professional I know. They charge higher prices, but perform better service than any other company with the same conditions. I beliee they could suit you well.

I've been stung a couple of times with hosting providers. I was even reccomended my previous provider who turned out to be a huge flop. Looking back on it now, I think I got spammed by the company themselves while I was making enquiries on hosting providers on a popular internet forum. That's another thing to look out for... The company I'm with at the moment are great... no more waiting for hours just to speak to someone with hosting issues. A fast, friendly reliable service that meets my needs and I'd prefer to get all this and pay a little more.

The net cost of a dedicated server includes- hardware cost, the cost of traffic included and space rent, plus support id you order a managed dedicated server. Hardware pricing can be different it depends on what your host offers - brand-new or refurbished, traffic cost can also vary - depends on whether you buy buy it from Tier-one or not bandwidth providers, it can also be applied to space rent, the better equipped datacenter you are in, the more you are supposed to pay (UPS and cooling systems, fire suppression and remote hands support). Everything on top of that is hosting provider's profit. If you want to know the net cost of a certain dedicated plan, you can easily calculated and then see how much your provider will make on you. Do the sum - if you want quality, be ready to pay for it. If you want to be told it's quality, go ahead and get the cheapest. But be realistic.

There a lot of different options out there of course. My simple opinion is choose a host with excellent client service. Make sure that they have a 99.9% uptime. If they have great client service it will make those hard days at the computer easier because you have friendly service taking care of you. I would take a look at WestHost for Linux hosting and midPhase for Windows hosting. Both have excellent client service.
