I know hostgator charges monthly with paypal
and never had a problem with them...only when I add a new domain and they need to restart apache
but the support is very fast too so is not a huge problem
Just another rainy day

don't want to sound negative, but most hosts that are honest and generally good will only accept verified paypal. I think it would be best to verify, or if you can't, try using a VCC to verify it.
