blackhat SEO techniques are considered unethical and dishonest.
They are not healthy for your site.
It will still be advisable to use whitehat SEO techniques.

of course Whitehat SEO is good

black hat for bigger revenues and white hat for better connections.

White hat is the best technique.

Well.. black hat SEO is good.. but some or the other day you will be in a big soup!!!
White SEo is the best ... the results last longer... its  genuine... search engines wont get any damn reasons to remove you if you are using white hat!!

Use both, but White is preferable

Hi, White Hat SEO methods are really good to rank a website on search engine with its different methods without getting ban over Goggle.

Depends on what you want. Search engines say some things are ok others are not - but those things are (99% of time) not against the law. If you try to get quick success via black hat philosophy be prepared to go down in flames (alltough it might never happen), and remember JC Penney's story - big companies sometimes do it too.
Personally I think some patience and a good white Hat SEO will kick ass over black hat 100% of the time, simply because "white hat SEO" will make your site better in the long run, more interesting content, better usability all of it..
