I think you added all of them. I do use:

    * Keyword Suggestion Tool
    * HTML Analyzer
    * Robots.txt generator
    * Sitemap software
    * Page Rank Analyzer
    * Snippets viewer
    * Ranking Monitor
    * Link Popularity Checker
    * Site Indexation Tool

I think you could use all of them but everything depends on how much time do you have to analyze a site.

Exactfactor's keyword tracking tool is also very useful for comparing results in the search engines....

SEOquake is also great.

A sitemap can get you indexed quickly and not leave out any pages. For sitemap generator, I use

recently i discovered one good keyword research tool - semrush .. i think it worth a try, this tool helped me a lot.
