i actually worry about that kinda thing all the time. its really not impossible.. and it could be devastating to true web artist and artists alike who have their work up and the like..

I'd just send a DMCA complaint to their hosting provider, along with a link to the archive.org copy of my site and theirs as proof that my site was up first.
