Yes, by bookmarking your articles and pages in those large social sites you can create quality back links to your site and you can also receive traffic to your site. 

The major of the rule is to avoid self promotion. Otherwise, you might hurt your site.

I have also tried some of them and got good traffic. I have also not heard about SBSEO, can any one elaborate it, curiosity is increasing.

reddit
delicious
digg
stumbleupon

I only use dilicious and stumbleupon

  Mostly use do follow bookmark is very important roll for the link building any one search engine like do follow link. if you have any other idea for the social bookmarking.
