getfiles.com.au has a new look | Please review and comment

We've recent upgraded http://www.getfiles.com.au and given it a whole new look. The aim is to create a more user friendly website while making the most of the website realestate available to us. Please review and comment.

Why do I need to sign up today? Do I need to sign up to buy or download, or do I need to sign up to upload, or both. Might want to make that more clear on the home page. I like the idea of your site, I'm just not sure it's very clear to your new visitors. Also, just curious, have you tested or do you know what people want to see most? Right now, you have what people are reading first. I would think the featured items would be first, but that is just me.
