Quality backlinks is the best way to impove pagerank.

I agree with Nikolas.

Don't focus the PR. Its better to focus to get more IBL's and earn traffic.

Links links links. Lot's and lots of quality backlinks.

You just look for a related site with high PR and it will increase your PR to.

i think if you submit your link at a website with high PR it will be more better for you

Newbies often seem to get confused about pagerank and SERPs. I think half the time they mean SERPs when they type pagerank.

Good SERPs for the right phrases is what drives traffic to your site. Not pagerank. And it's traffic that becomes customers and pay our bills

Anyways, if you still interested to get high page rank to your sites, try to get high pr backlinks related to your websites.
