With these frenzy media going crazy right now, just to have a glimpse and to write about the death of an Icon, don't you think there's possibility of a slow down on music industry now that Michael Jackson's gone?, Is there a possibility of another Michael Jackson in the making with these newbies sprouting in the music industry? Will he be remembered forever or just fade away as time goes by?
I am not a fan of him, but I really like his musics, the theme, sometimes the tune of it. His musics are combinations of all turn into one, that's why his musics captivates music listeners worldwide. His musics will live forever.

My respects to him and his fans.
I was never a big enthutiast and wonder if somebody can tell me why he is a genius and such a great figure in pop music?
Apart from his innovations in dancing, I cannot remember one single song of his that has stayed in my memory, except maybe "We are the World", but still there I don't recall if he is the composer of that one.
What place does he hold when compared to say, the Beatles?
I'm aware that music tastes are varied and we all have our right to liek whatever we like, but I just don't get this MJ thing. Or is it just marketing?

Thriller was exceptional. The production. The writing. The performing.
The music industry has changed a lot. Not sure we'll ever see somebody with MJ's worldwide following ever again.
