Can you make the question more specific? What is the problem with your database?

I need to find out what configurations i need to make (and how to do it )in phpmyadmin in order for help center live software to operate properly.  Hosting plan that I use includes help center, but it some changes need to be made to the scripts Is that specific enough?

I am afraid it is not. I suppose you should first contact the company that you bought your script from or check their documentation. They should provide the information that you need in order to make the script work.

Why don't you make contact us page and from there user will be able to submit any query they have or any help they want from you... It would just act as a help center if that's what you want...
