Propably it is a good tutorial for a newbie, but the thing about domains is wrong(I believe that keywords in domain name is good)

Another thing that I don't like is this about oubound links. I don't think that the SE will rank you higher if you have links to high ranked sites.

yes, I don't see the harm in having two domains pointing to the same site : one keyword domain and one brand, if you do have a brand, that is.

Actually it is more than ok.

I use about 5 domains for the same site (topsites directory) and what I discovered is that each search engine likes more another domain

I just skimmed, I dont see that much of value in the read.  I am happy though that he didnt suggest that a webmaster should submit their site to 523489503452394 search engines everyday.

LoL. This is the most common advice in ebooks and articles of the type "How I made 10 trillion dollars in ten days with Google"

I submit to the big three, but I get the bot to come to my site via backlinks way before it would be seen by submission.  I have had some odd bots visit me recently.

What I have heard is that submitting multiple times actually hurts you, since it pushes you to the back of the queue again. All of the waiting and stuff does help in the long run.
