Hmmm it's working with another feed properly... so it's gotta be something wrong with the original feed... any ideas where to start looking?

Sorry ... have no idea... What are you pulling the original feed from? Glad to hear it works with another feed though.

I intend on combining these three feeds and then use this script for posting (yes I own the originals)
(I can't post links yet, so posting as code)
Code:
http://www.49ersparadise.com/rss/HOP.xml (original) http://www.49ersparadise.com/podcast/49ers_paradise_podcast_rss.xml (produces major errors) http://www.49ersparadise.com/forum/index.php?action=.xml;type=rss2;boards=1,10;sa=news;limit=20 (works)

Ya I tried the first 2 feeds in your list and they didn't work. There is definitely something wrong with the format of those feeds. The last one does work fine like you said.

The first 2 feeds wouldn't even work in my browser so there is something definitely wrong with them.

I played around with the first feed HOP.xml it is now posting the correct URL to feed.log.txt but still not posting URL to twit... can you check that one again in your browser? I tried trimming the fat on it,... .

Seems to be showing in browser now. But all I see in your feed is title and not partial descriptions..

yah I removed the description all together... title to twitter with link would be sufficient... I'm going through a feed validator now too...

Trying to see if bit.ly will work... The only thing left I can think of is that tinyurl has banned my domain?

Getting this error from bit.ly which is odd, because if I put the same URL into a browser it works: { "errorCode": 203, "errorMessage": "You must be authenticated to access shorten", "statusCode": "ERROR" }

Bit.ly was very frustrating... for anyone looking for the solution I went back to the tinyurl code. VERY IMPORTANT your rss feed must look like this <link>fasfa</link> NOT <link> asfd </link>
Not sure why... but that is the solution.

If this is the problem then you can just use the trim() function to canonicalize it

it's posting to twitter, and stacking the the last url into the feed.log.txt file... although ON twitter, there is no connection, it still states "ERROR" in location of a link.
