If you care about conversions, and you don't care about the counter, don't use these programs.

I have used this type of trafic before some months, and nothing happened. As those visitors are forced to come to your site, they don't usually do anything, and even if they find it interesting. That's because those ads are really annoying (pop up, pop in )

i agree, and i am probably going to stop using these ridiculous programs once my PR is at least 1..
