I still think Godaddy remains the cheapest one. Don't get fooled to try Yahoo because it will give you a 1st year 2$ offer on a .com and the next year you'll have to pay 35$

You can get domains for ten dollars through justhost. I would only use it to register the domain and not a hosting company, in my opinion.
