Hi,

I am submitting all my contents like articles, blogs and press releases to all free sites for getting back links  and good traffic. Though my website's rank is little bit increased, but i want best results. So should i submit all my contents to sponsored websites? will it be more worthy for my website ranking and achieving more traffic? As a newbie i want more to know about all the things, please help me.

What do you mean by sponsored websites? Sponsored blog posts, or something else?

You should build more backlinks for your website if you want to get a better ranking. And make sure it's on a relevant site.

When you say "website's rank" do you mean google pagerank, or your SERPs (placement of keyword in search results)?

Yeah more related and relevant backlinks would give your site higher ranking in the search engines. But also take care of the onpage optimization
