Sure. There some factors that differ domain extensions but that is mostly for the country related tlds.

.org is good for gaining ranking in google;
.org is used for non profitable site; it means organisation

I do think there could be some bias in the ranking algorithms leaning a bit towards .coms over other extensions, but certainly .orgs and others can index and get good SERPs.

.org can certainly do quite well in search engines, .org are reputable ccTLD

Some factors exist between different domain extensions. Basically .org stands for organizations and it is used for non profitable business.

There is no difference between org , com or any other extensions in terms of SEO..All can be optimized equally without any partiality.

.org domain is just like any other domain extension. SEO techniques are same for domains with .org extensions.
Google is not biased with .org domain.

You may get some favor if you can manage to built up a reputation that an stand out from the rest.

.org is a strong domain and Google consider it as authority website.
