Can you all share with me the good tool for seo? and also pls share some software for seo --as i am very in this field!

As your are new you should focus on learning keywords and related thing. For this I know a keyword that is google adwords keyword tool. you can use it free from google adwords.

There are many type of tools for SEO.
i know some tools for SEO; these tools are as under;

1. robo form
2. flagfox

yea roboform is a great tool, the only one i know for now, i am also interested in some good ones if someone wants to share...

I am learning to improve ranking this website http://www.vinapackingfilms.com/ with keywords stretch film. Do anyone know tool to check traffic of this website's competitors with that keyword ? Thanks in advanced

I really don't use any specific tools. I just use Dreamweaver to edit meta tags, and manage web design.

here is my everyday seo tool:

1. SEO Quake is one I always use.
2. backlinkwatch, its a website actually that I use to check sites backlink.

As you are new in this field, you should focus on learning basic techniques of seo. I will refer you mozilla addons search status and seo quake.
