http://licataadr.com/ has PR3, but 0 (ZERO) backlinks.
Could anybody explain that?

That's strange. Maybe it has to do with the latest "quality" changes in the PR algorithm

Maybe it has other method than link building...but I have no idea what it is...great content maybe?

That's queer... Nikolas is right, maybe the results of PR's new algorithm or some sort... or it has its secret technique of gaining PR3 without going through the hassle of link building...
but the site had now been suspended so it seems gaining its PR3 may have had been gained "illegally" .... Smiley

If this site is long for SE and has much high page in the SE.PR3 is possible.

It is not only the backlinks matter. if you have good content and more likely unique, You can get a higher page rank. When visitors increase to your website page rank increases automatically.

May be due to google latest update google penguin algorithm and google is calculating this site of good quality content.
