It looks very simple to me, and there is a big space after the sidebar in the right. Maybe you should make the content area wide enough to fill the blank.

I wanted to create a simple directory. No many colours and easy to navigate.

Well, when the directory will be completely finished i plan to insert some titles there of the latest posts of my blog. Maybe i will add some webmaster tools like pr or backlink checker.
I will experiment a bit with the look but first i want the directory to be finished...

I would like to see some more graphics on the website and a bit more color. Otherwise the website looks great and seems to be working fine.
