Well I spend way to much time on the PC. I am allways doing some kind of research I spend between 14 to 16hrs a day. If I am having a hard time sleeping I spend 36 to 48+hrs on the PC. I stay on untill I fall asleep.

I allways research, check forums, and listen to music. I spend a ton of time on forums. I allways check my favorite forums at least 3 times a day for new posts or threads.

I use it about 10 - 14 hours a day, as I am a programmer too. Mostly my pc, but a lot of the time I may be fixing someone else's too...

Sadly, I spend anywhere from 12-16 hours a day on my computer. I wake up, get online, get offline and go to bed. My TV and my video games sit on a tv a few feet away, so I dont have to really move to play games or anything.

My computer is never switched off, so it is not easy to say how many hours i spend on it.
I think it is about 10 hours per day.

I use to spend 8 hours a day just sitting at the computer ..but my Butt would hurt so much from sitting.  I was actually thinking of buying one of those stand up desks so I wouldn't have to sit down so much.

Does anyone else have the same problem??!

This is because you don't sit right.

If you work a lot of time in the pc, you should sit right, and make some exercises.

Of course I'm a lot of hours at my PC because its work, hobby and business

but I'm surprised that people doing nothing else then computing and sleeping.
I think a good maximum is 12 hours a day if you don't need so much sleep. I sleep only 6 hourse a day, so I have 6 hours left for other (real) things Cheesy
