well,I want to change the color of the page footer to white,now it's black ,I modified the css file,but it doesn't work.Anyone can help me ,please check the attachment for the phpbb theme

didn't see your attachment.. anyway, try clearing your cache, the view the website again...

The file you want are overall_footer.html. It will be in the template folder of your style.
