From the point of view of small users, all the bits they need are free. If they grow into big users, and need and can afford extra paid4 features?... well, it looks as if everybody could turn out happy.

I wouldn't reccomend free services, people have usually complained that these services have always had some kind of faults which have led to loss in customers. Unless you are really on a short budget I wouldn't advice it at all.
