Well the topic sais the problem.

I've just click a google ad in the site by mistake.

I've send them an email explaining that (with my ip adress attached so they can remove it from the logs), but I am not sure if this is fine.

Have you ever faced a problem like that?

I hope they'll not ban me for this.....

I have read no reports of banning IF an email is set explaining the situation.

Maybe it is possible that ads do not display for people logged in as an Admin?  This would be a very valuable piece of code for any forum.  We all know CTRs from forums are not the best and I would hate to make them worse by viewing ads that I cannot click.

To my understanding, they actually account for this up to a certain amount. Nobody knows exactly what the number of times is, but you won't get banned for doing it once.

Now, do it 12 times in a day.....

Hehe.

Finally the problem cleared. They mailed me back and tolled me that this is against their TOS ...... and that they appreciate that I reported that, so I suppose there is no problem

Good deal.  Being banned from adsense would be devastating.

That's true. After all it is impossible to find a cpc program with so high click through rates
